Punishments for getting your map vetoed and/or punishments for failing a veto perhaps?

I think this fails because it solely discourages people from vetoing at all. Vetos are supposed to be subjective, so being punished because the majority doesn't agree with you wouldn't be right. As for the ones receiving the veto, the bns are also allowed to have their subjective opinions, this would only serve to discourage them from nominating spicy maps and instead just stick to safe ones, which we have seen happen before.
Disagree with punishments against your map getting vetoed. Its not your fault bns decided to nom your map then having it get vetoed.
If you meant punishments against the bns nominating I think I also disagree, at least in cases where the veto results are split. I think I agree if the veto is clearly egregious and the results of the veto significantly represent that.
